Product warranty period
In order to help our dear customer to have easy shopping in our website, you have 7 days warranty period (including public holidays) when you received our MIIN GIFT products.
If you need to refund or replace the products, please contact our service center within 7 days, providing your name, order number, contact number, name of product to refund or replace, reason of refund or replace and picture of the product etc. Our customer service center will help you for the process.

Things to know before refund
The product should not be used, or polluted, spoiled, the cover of the product should remain complete .Without the above condition, we have no reason to help you exchange or refund the products.
Wrong product sent, cover spoiled during the deliver which influence the contents of the product, product defect, within 7 days after received.
Personally dislike the design of product or the design does not reach your expectation, you may also refund it within 7 days. However, the payment of delivery shall be paid by yourself and contact our customer service before you proceed the refund process.

Credit card：Confirm refunded the product, after received the product, our company will help cancel the amount you have purchased in your credit card bank.
Cash payment：When confirm refunded the product and received by us, our company will help you transfer the amount back to your personal bank account.
